Return Legacy products drive weight loss

The photo on the left is from a trip to Thailand with my family in September 2017, when I was at my heaviest weight of almost 54 kilograms. As I didn’t like the local food there, I still ate and drank as usual, thinking I would wait until after the trip to lose weight. In hindsight, looking at my round face and thick thighs, I shouldn’t have!
