Restored my health and confidence through weight loss
My weight peaked at 110 kilograms at the beginning of 2018. For the first eight months of 2018, I wore XL-sized clothes and extremely large pants. My waist had a circumference of over one metre. I suffered from constant knee pain and physical discomfort.
